Data collected

When you send a quote request, we collect the data you enter: name, email address, phone number and location (optional), and the description of your project.

Use

This data is used exclusively to process your request: to forward it to the qualified companies so they can reach you. It is never resold or used for advertising purposes.

Business workspace activity

To support businesses and identify applications or requests needing attention, our administration uses a private log of recorded actions: profile changes, project milestones and decisions on requests. It records action categories without copying messages or changed contact details. New detailed events are kept for 90 days; a summary of the latest actions and application status remains linked to the account while it is in use. With your analytics consent, we also record the last observed visit to the business workspace, at most once every 30 minutes, and delete that timestamp after 90 days without a new observed visit. This tracking does not record mouse movements or every page viewed, and these events are not sent to Google. You can withdraw consent in the cookie preferences. Deleting the account also deletes this activity data.

Business directory

MesTravaux.lu may display professional information from public sources or supplied by the business. Unclaimed listings are clearly identified. A business can request a correction or removal from its listing; requests are verified to prevent abusive removals.

Job confirmations and reviews

After a confirmed job, the customer may receive a personal, temporary link to submit a review. The email address is hashed to prevent duplicates, never displayed publicly and never reused for advertising.

Retention and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@mestravaux.lu.

Cookies

Strictly necessary services operate without consent. Audience measurement and advertising services remain blocked until you agree separately by purpose, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time through “Manage cookies”.

The data controller is The CMO.lu S.à r.l.-S, a company governed by Luxembourg law with its registered office in Hesperange, Luxembourg, RCS Luxembourg B304999, reachable at contact@mestravaux.lu or +352 661 297 770.

Legal bases for processing

Your quote requests are processed on the basis of your consent and pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). The business directory relies on the legitimate interest of public information (art. 6.1.f). Accounting and security obligations fall under legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).

Recipients, processors and transfers

Data is hosted and processed by: Vercel (website hosting, EU/US), Convex (database, EU), Clerk (professional account authentication, US), Resend (email delivery, US), Cloudflare (anti-bot protection), Google (semantic search analysis). Transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework.

Automated assignment of requests

Your quote request may be automatically assigned to a maximum of three companies matching the requested service and area. This assignment produces no legal effect concerning you: you remain free to choose, and you can request human intervention via the form below.

Your rights and complaints
