Request retained connections and proposed relocation as separate options. Compare standard and custom products including delivery and installation. Retaining pipes does not remove the need to inspect them.
Check tax and funding
Housing VAT relief does not cover every purchase automatically: Guichet.lu excludes furniture and mirrors from the eligible sanitary-equipment category. The improvement grant may cover certain sanitary works under conditions, not mere decoration. Confirm your case without deducting assumed support.
Keep unknowns visible
