List units, fronts, fittings, accessories and appliances by model. Define worktop dimensions, cut-outs, edges and installation. Separate delivery, handling, assembly and adjustment.
Separate building work
Price removal, services, substrate repairs, finishes, painting and waste separately. Assign trade coordination and changes after survey. Retaining layout does not establish that installations can remain unchanged.
Read tax by item
AED excludes kitchen furniture and appliances from the 3% housing VAT scheme. Separate these supplies from potentially eligible work and check its conditions. Do not apply one reduced rate to the entire kitchen.
