Prepare the first conversation

Confirm offer and ordering route
Identify equipment, rail, options, preparation, fitting and aftercare. Under care insurance, AEC reviews quotes before decision and mandate; CNS orders through that route. Requesting an offer is not permission to order.

Ask dates or prerequisites for final survey, manufacture, delivery, electrical preparation and fitting. Identify who prepares supports and access. Approve configuration changes before execution; AEC’s selected configuration cannot be changed without its agreement.
