Compare planned quantities
Specify lengths by elevation, depths and access conditions. Check terrace removal, soil storage or disposal and backfilling. Compare metre rates only for equivalent scopes.
Separate equipment and connections
Itemise drainage, chambers, outlet and any pumping system with power supply. Identify wall treatment separately, alongside investigations and approvals for which you remain responsible.
Allow for operation
Compare reinstatement, documents and servicing. For pumping, request assumptions for consumption, maintenance and replacement. Define how variations for unknown services, water or different foundations will be assessed.
