Price beyond the mat
List preparation, any assessed insulation, heating elements, sensor, thermostat and connection. Clarify floor removal, levelling and finish. Ask for heated area and total renovated area to interpret a square-metre price.
Make operating costs checkable
Request use-duration and consumption assumptions plus the dated tariff. Do not automatically multiply nominal power by every hour of the year. Compare scenarios without claiming this is always cheaper than other heating.
