Quantify the proposed assembly
Itemise runs, corners, returns, posts, infill and junctions. Clarify measurement, manufacture and fixed costs. Do not automatically rank aluminium as cheap and glass as premium; dimensions, evidence and access must be comparable.
Include substrate, waterproofing and site protection
Price survey, design, investigation, removal, waste, possible strengthening, anchors and waterproofing. Add handling, temporary protection and finishes. Panel-only supply does not cover these interfaces.
Confirm formalities and funding
