Request lengths and heights of every run, corners, posts, panels, infill and gate. Separate bespoke work from standard parts. Compare equal screened areas and finishes rather than metre rates alone.
Include preparation and installation
Price survey, removal, waste, excavation, foundations or wall fixings, slope adjustments, transport, installation and repairs. Separate lock, release, intercom and supply. Identify remaining investigations and approval of additional work.
Agree total and programme
