Price the windows actually drawn
Match every price to a reference, dimensions, opening and finish. Separate equipment and options. A fixed/opening composition and sliding door are different products, not a standard per-window price.
Add logistics and surrounding work
Price access, transport, necessary lifting, removal, substrate and junctions. Identify included finishes and other trades. Specify how unforeseen remedial work is priced instead of inventing a flat supplement.
Compare without manufactured market averages
Request equivalent variants for materials or glazing. Changes to drawing, hardware and fitting do not measure aluminium cost alone. Keep options and unconfirmed grants separate from the firm total.
