Detail design, species or construction, shape, glass and hardware. Separate factory finish from surrounding wall paint or plaster after fitting. Identify survey, samples or any requested prototype, plus transport and access.
Keep unknowns visible
List parts requiring assessment or removal before pricing. Ask how remedial work will be proposed and priced. Potential heritage support is not an awarded grant to deduct automatically.
