Compare matching schedules
List carcasses, fronts, drawers, mechanisms, plinths, side panels and handles. Specify material and finish rather than a commercial tier alone. Linear metres do not describe capacity or equipment.
Separate worktop, appliances and installation
Request appliance references, inclusions, cut-outs, splashback, delivery and fitting. Check connection, removal and disposal. For customer-supplied appliances, assign measurement, fitting and incompatibility handling before furniture ordering.
Read total and tax treatment
Compare tax-inclusive total and excluded works. Guichet.lu lists fitted kitchens among furniture excluded from housing VAT relief. Assess separate building work independently; wider renovation does not automatically extend relief to furniture.
Choose options without false savings
