Describe each item
Quantify counters, displays, shelves, drawers and accessories with dimensions, material and finish. Distinguish equipment supply from space reserved for it. Area-based rates help only where package contents are known.
Include design and site work
Specify survey, drawings, samples, any prototype and design payment terms. Add transport, assembly, anchorage, connections, removal and disposal. Identify electrical, lighting and premises work assigned elsewhere.
