Describe actual complexity
Separate assessment, sheet sourcing, drawing, preparation, assembly and finish. State area, edges, losses and retained zones. Species count alone explains neither pattern detail nor matching time.
Clarify conditions and exclusions
Ask whether removal, substrate repair, reverse-face treatment, colour trials and transport are included. For time-based work agree an estimate and approval before exceeding it. Full replacement and local reattachment are different scopes.
