Clarify quantities
Separate walls, ceilings, slopes, openings and returns. State net area, waste, orientation and board lengths. Compare matching profile and finish, not species alone.
Include interfaces
List battens, fixings, levelling, edge trims, access panels and cuts. Add ceiling access equipment, protection and cleaning. Electrical work, repairs and insulation may be included or separate; write down scope.
Classify tax treatment
