ZLOIC HOFFMANN TOITURES

About ZLOIC HOFFMANN TOITURES

Zloic Hoffmann Toitures in Schrassig, in the commune of Schuttrange, describes carpentry, roof covering, tinwork and roof insulation, along with the refurbishment of existing roofs. The materials cited include slate, clay tile, zinc and a membrane for flat roofs. State the area, pitch, construction year and observed defects, with photographs taken from ground level. Ask whether the roof structure is inspected before quotation and what is planned if timber is degraded or insulation is wet. Have covering, insulation, zinc work and scaffolding itemised separately. Finally, confirm how site waste is handled and what is arranged if bad weather interrupts the work.
