Cost: office cleaning
Compare the same task and frequency schedule, including hours, supplies and checks. A monthly square-metre price makes sense only with known visits and zones. No local average, customary commitment or area discount is established here.

Price frequencies separately
Separate every-visit tasks, periodic tasks and one-offs. Ask whether the monthly charge is averaged or visit-based and how holidays and closures are handled. Compare identical service periods.
Identify extras
Specify inside and outside glass, floor treatments, supplies, equipment, hours and travel. Distinguish net amounts and applicable taxes. No automatic evening surcharge or universal hourly minimum is assumed.
Read contract terms
Check duration, renewal, notice, price revision, replacement and missed-service correction. Hourly billing need not mean no commitment; a package need not include every additional request.
