Specify panels, insulation, membranes, windows and finishes installed in the workshop. Separate supply only, assembly and closed envelope. State reference area and rooms delivered with equipment.
Price site work
Add only excluded ground and support studies, transport, lifting, protection, existing-house opening, services and making good. Foundations are not inherently cost-identical to another method.
Control changes
Define drawing approval, post-manufacture changes, extra storage and assembly postponement. Compare taxes, allowances and exclusions within the total. Check aid for the project without automatically treating it as insulation renovation.
