Compare a defined assembly
Record reference, format, required performance and method. Compare click and bonded offers only after examining their respective preparation and finishing.
Separate preparation and accessories
Itemise removal, disposal, repairs, adhesive or approved underlay and profiles. Establish included checks and how discoveries after removal will be handled.
Include junctions and return to use
Count doors, skirting, cuts, required sheet seams and protection. Establish furniture replacement and wet-use timing for the actual products. Walkability does not mean the whole installation is ready for use.
