Compare area and finished floor
Specify treated area, preparation, insulation, system and included or excluded finish. Ask for assessed finished height and transitions to adjacent rooms. Pipe fitting is not equivalent to a complete finished floor.
Price connections and coordination
Separate manifold, heating connections, controls and commissioning. Specify heat-source adaptations and door or threshold work. Where several firms are involved, identify responsibility for checks and possible remedial work.
