Compare furniture at matching scope
List dimensions, cabinets, visible fronts, drawers and every finished face. Add worktop, edges, seating supports and cut-outs. Distinguish aesthetic options from basic functions.
Separate equipment and preparation
Check whether hob, sink, tap and extraction are supplied. Describe ducts, accessories, filters, services and floor adaptation. A prepared space does not include appliance supply, connection and commissioning by implication.
Reconcile tax-inclusive totals
