Describe tops, bases, adjustments, storage, cable routes and accessories. Distinguish supplied furniture from retained screens, chairs and equipment. Price reception and meetings by item rather than burying them in a floor-area average.
Separate furniture from building changes
Price design, trials, manufacture, transport and installation. Identify partitions, acoustic assessment, services, ventilation changes, removal and disposal. Obtain project-specific out-of-hours charges rather than universal percentages.
