Price a drawing-defined package: design, timber components, connections, transport, lifting and assembly. Identify insulation, membranes, finishes, windows and fit-out separately. Frame cost is not comparable with a completed extension.

Define the package precisely
Separate design, execution drawings, structural elements, bracing panels, connections and assembly. State supplied components and exclusions. For area rates specify whether wall, floor or created area is measured.
Include logistics and interfaces
Price delivery, lifting, temporary protection, access, support adaptation and junctions. Distinguish foundations, roofing, insulation, sealing, glazing and equipment. Do not label a budget all-inclusive without identifying these items.
Separate insulation from grant eligibility
The consulted Klimabonus route has building, work and procedural conditions including advice and prior approval. Insulation thickness alone therefore proves no extension entitlement. Have eligible areas and measures identified before counting support.
