Request dimensions and counts of cabinets, shelves, doors and drawers. Compare material, inside and outside finish, fittings and junctions. Neither door nor drawer is automatically cheaper in every configuration.
Separate furniture and preparation
Identify lining removal, wall repairs, service relocation and stair intervention. Clarify assumptions needing a visit or investigation and their treatment in the quote. A generic compliance allowance does not describe this work.
Include installation and VAT
