Set retention before storage
For processing covered by its guidelines, CNPD generally allows up to 8 days, exceptionally 30 with documented reasons. Retention must remain necessary. Configure and verify deletion; disk capacity does not establish a permitted retention period.
Test images and access
Test planned areas by day and relevant night conditions with agreed masking. Check viewing or recording during outages and who can view, export or delete. Plan individual accounts, changed initial credentials, updates and agreed removal of installer access.
