Create the room schedule
List walls, ceiling, height, condition, colour and finish for each room. Include corridors, internal stairs, cupboards and easily missed small areas. Separate doors, skirting and radiators. Identify untouched surfaces; complete does not automatically mean every element.
Specify preparation by area
