Start with available guidance
Klima-Agence provides free independent basic advice, including national and local grants. Use it to clarify questions before commissioning paid support. A private administrative service should explain its additional work and limits.
Build a route for each scheme
List regime, applicant, evidence, deadline, technical contributor and submission owner. In the Klimabonus 2026 renovation route with advice, approval in principle must precede work. Distinguish approval from submission and the later payment request.
Separate administration from technical work
