Distinguish guidance from approved advice
Klima-Agence offers free independent basic advice. The Klimabonus renovation route with advice requires a report by an approved energy adviser. Identify the commission, person delivering it and documents usable for the intended procedure.
Define useful scenarios
Compare existing conditions, planned stages and interactions between envelope, ventilation, heating and hot water. Request consumption assumptions, estimated costs, constraints and open decisions. The comparison should explain limits rather than guarantee a future bill or rating.
Choose necessary investigations
Specify visit, survey, calculations and any further examination. Thermography, moisture investigation and structural studies are not automatically included in every audit. If proposed, ask for purpose, suitable conditions and deliverable.
Connect advice with construction
In the advice route, Guichet provides for targeted checks of quotations and execution. Identify stages, reports and adviser availability. An initial report does not itself constitute full site supervision or continuing approval of every change.
Check the single-component route
A separate route exists for one envelope component, with an approved company or support required by official conditions. Do not assume a complete audit is always mandatory or that isolated work avoids every procedure. Identify the measure and route before commissioning.
