For a house, flat or storage area, first identify what must stay. Specify the rooms and a person authorised to give instructions. Collection of a few identified items may be enough without wider sorting and clearance.
Secure the inventory
Mark items to keep, approved removals and undecided items. Set aside documents, keys, data media and keepsakes. Agree to pause for uncertain items. For estates or shared homes, clarify authority before work; holding keys does not confer control over every possession.
Check access and scope
Photograph rooms from accessible positions. Describe floors, passages, lift, parking and furniture requiring dismantling. Specify volume assumptions and how differences will be handled. Moving furniture does not automatically include disconnecting installed equipment.
Identify special products
SDK offers households a contact for large quantities of problematic products discovered during clearance. List them separately and confirm acceptance; they are not automatically part of an ordinary load.
Agree destinations
Separate retention, donations accepted by recipients, written sale or purchase arrangements and waste. Do not assume charity partnerships or acceptance of every usable object. Have valuable pieces assessed separately before transfer. Specify available destination records and the final cleaning scope.
