Describe completed work, affected rooms and remaining touch-ups. Add current photos, new-finish references and known areas. Separate dust removal, adhered deposits and damage needing repair.
Define the areas
List renovated rooms, affected routes and installed furniture. For windows specify faces, frames, tracks and outside access. Report adhesive, paint and silicone without assuming damage-free removal. Methods must suit the finish and its curing state.
Disclose particular dust
INRS notes that blowing and dry sweeping chemical dust can resuspend it. Provide surveys and known materials for equipment selection. Have suspect materials assessed for specialist needs before routine cleaning.
Assign waste
The AEV portal distinguishes construction waste and sorting. Specify responsibility, streams, quantity, removal and destination. Protection removal, packaging and rubble may involve different services; allocate them explicitly.
Coordinate and check
Confirm completion of dirty tasks, access, required water and power, then drying before use. Agree postponement and areas still occupied by trades. Record completed tasks, remaining marks and qualifications; this is not technical acceptance of the building work.
